If we haven’t delivered value, we want to make it right. All refund requests must be sent in writing to reachus@aeirth.in with the subject “Refund Request – [Your Name].” We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 10 business days.
Discovery Call — Complimentary. No payment, no refund applicable. Please give at least 4 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Fixed Project (reports, plans, models) — Refund based on work completed at time of cancellation:
Full refund within 48 hrs of payment. 10% admin fee applies after 48 hrs.
Refund of total project fee.
Refund of total project fee.
No refund. Completed work will be delivered.
Retainer (monthly / quarterly) — Fees are payable in advance.
Give 14 days’ written notice before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Individual Sessions — Pre-booked and pre-paid.
Rescheduling credits are valid for 60 days from the original session date and are non-transferable.
By Client — Write to reachus@aeirth.in at any time. On receipt, we stop all billable work, deliver completed outputs within 5 business days, and process any applicable refund within 10 business days.
By Aeirth — If we cancel before commencement, you receive a full refund. If during an active engagement, you receive a pro-rated refund for all unused prepaid fees with no deductions.
Aeirth may terminate without refund if a client misrepresents information, requests unlawful services, or materially breaches our Terms & Conditions.
If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied or calculated, write to reachus@aeirth.in with the subject “Refund Dispute – [Your Name].” We will respond in writing within 7 business days. Unresolved disputes are handled under the dispute resolution clause in our Terms & Conditions.
