Discovery Call — Free. No payment, so no refund applicable.
Fixed Project (reports, plans, models) — Refund depends on how much work is complete when you cancel:
Full refund before work begins after deducting for any third party and convenience expenses incurred for the client.
Refund of the total project fee, up to the midpoint of the work.
No refund. Completed work is delivered to you.
Retainer (monthly / quarterly) — Paid in advance. Cancel before it starts for a full refund, or within the first 15 days for a pro-rated refund on unused days. After that, the amount is non-refundable but further contract will be terminated upon a wirtten request.
Individual Sessions — Pre-booked and pre-paid. Cancel or reschedule atleast 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is possible for upto 30 days from the original session date.
By You — Write to reachus@aeirth.in any time. We stop billable work, deliver anything already completed within 5 business days, and process your refund within 10 business days.
By Us — A full refund if we haven’t started work yet, or a pro-rated refund of unused prepaid fees if we have — no deductions either way.
We may end an engagement without refund if a client misrepresents information, asks for unlawful services, or materially breaches our Terms & Conditions.
Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method (bank transfer, UPI or card) within 5–10 business days, in Indian Rupees.
If a refund seems wrong, write to reachus@aeirth.in with your name and engagement details. We respond within 7 business days. Anything unresolved is handled under the dispute clause in our Terms & Conditions.
