We believe in fair, transparent dealings. This policy is designed to be clear and straightforward — if we haven’t delivered value, we want to make it right. Please read the section relevant to your engagement type before making payment.

Overview

Aeirth provides professional advisory services that involve significant preparation, research, and intellectual effort prior to and during delivery. Refund eligibility therefore depends on the stage and nature of the engagement.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Name]” and a brief description of the reason. We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 10 business days.

Discovery Call

The initial discovery call (30 minutes) is offered at no charge as a mutual assessment of fit. No payment is required, and no refund is applicable at this stage.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked discovery call, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance via email or WhatsApp. Last-minute cancellations without notice will be marked as a no-show.

Fixed Project Engagements

For defined-scope projects (e.g., feasibility report, business plan, financial model), the refund schedule is:

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hrs of payment. 10% admin fee applies after 48 hrs.

0 – 30% Complete

60%

Refund of total project fee.

31 – 60% Complete

30%

Refund of total project fee.

Above 60% Complete

0%

No refund. Completed portion will be delivered.

Percentage completion is assessed by Aeirth based on documented work progress and communicated transparently to the client on request.

Retainer Engagements

Monthly or quarterly retainer fees are payable in advance. The following terms apply:

  • 7+ days before retainer start — full refund.
  • Within 7 days of start date — 50% refund.
  • First 7 days of active retainer — pro-rated refund for unused portion, less a 15% engagement fee.
  • After 7 days of active retainer — no refund for the current period; retainer remains active until period end and will not auto-renew.

To discontinue a retainer, notify us in writing at least 14 days before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.

Session-Based Advisory

Individual advisory sessions are pre-booked and pre-paid. Cancellation and refund terms:

  • 48+ hours before session — full credit for rescheduling, or 90% refund (10% covers scheduling administration).
  • 24–48 hours before session — 50% refund, or full credit for rescheduling.
  • Within 24 hours or no-show — no refund; session fee is forfeited.

Credits for rescheduling are valid for 60 days from the original session date and are non-transferable.

Cancellation by Client

You may cancel any engagement at any time by providing written notice to [email protected]. Refunds will be calculated per sections 3, 4, or 5 above. Upon cancellation, Aeirth will:

  • Cease all billable work immediately upon receipt of notice
  • Deliver all completed work products within 5 business days
  • Issue any applicable refund within 10 business days
  • Return or securely delete client data upon request, subject to legal retention requirements

Cancellation by Aeirth

In rare circumstances, Aeirth may need to cancel an engagement:

  • Before commencement — full refund of all fees paid.
  • During active engagement — pro-rated refund for all unused, prepaid fees, with no deductions.

Aeirth reserves the right to terminate without refund if the client has misrepresented information, requested unlawful services, or materially breached our Terms & Conditions.

Refund Process

  • Payment Method — refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or card).
  • Processing Time — 5–10 business days from approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Currency — all refunds are issued in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • GST — GST paid on the original invoice is non-refundable as it has already been remitted to the government. The refund covers the base fee component only.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

  • GST and other statutory charges included in the invoice
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., registration fees, government filing charges, data subscriptions)
  • Completed advisory sessions or delivered reports
  • Fees for no-show appointments without prior cancellation notice
  • Any engagement terminated for cause (misrepresentation, breach of terms)

Disputes

If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied or calculated, escalate in writing to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Dispute – [Your Name]”. We will provide a written resolution within 7 business days.

Unresolved disputes will be handled per the dispute resolution clause in our Terms & Conditions.
